Horrible customer service. They lied and said my copies would be ready in 2 days and 2 and a half weeks later im told they will not give me my paperwork. That i have to wait until the irs sends my refund. I will NEVER pay $350 to Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes again. They want their money so they refuse to give me my copies of my paper work. The older woman at the front counter was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If i could go back and go to H&R Block i would without a doubt!! The kicker is H&R block files for FREE!! Think before you file... Your hard earned money is paying for jackson hewitt tax preparers to click a few buttons and lie to you!!
