I find the staff to be very kind and extremely professional even with my constant boisterous personality. I have been with them for 10 months and the only problems I considered maddening was through the phone conversations with out of the area personnel trying to fix issues in my account. I use the local branch personnel at all costs. The Teller Elannia or Allainia couldn't be more pleasant.
