Apparently a detail job is only a detail job IF you buy the most expensive package. You get what you pay for. $80 for something you could have done by a self serve car wash. Wish I had known that BEFORE. They really should disclose exactly what a detail DOESN'T involve. I suggest to go elsewhere. Expressing your dissatisfaction with the job done gets you no where with this company.
Well,I do have a dashcam in my truck and it showed the kids he hired only worked on my truck for 37 minutes which is 130 dollars an hour. That is almost what doctors make. He then, after I told him it was recorded, still insisted that its alleged that it was worked on that long. (As if my camera somehow knows how to lie).
Was traveling threw Elko, NV. when a fuel pump went out on our Hyundai Sonata 2.0T. I contacted the local towing company they referred me to Auto Pros, he said they did excellent work. WOW they went above and beyond what any dealership would offer! Contact them first for all automotive repairs and customizing! Thanks to all the employees at Auto Pros for the customer service and repairs!!
I arrived at my home in Ogden, Utah at 2 am. I was able to do so because of the generosity and goodwill of the management and staff who stayed well after closing time to ensure a stranded traveller could return home safely. God Bless my new friends at Auto Pros!!!
Overall I found the staff lazy. They cut corners where they shouldn't and he doesn't even unplug the battery when soldering. For sure there isn't any formal training at the place. Don't go here.
Dirt was clearly visible on my truck. They only used a rag and a spray bottle to clean my truck and they didn't even wash it. (Clearly since my writing on the roof hadn't been touched) They didn’t shine my tires as the brochure said it should. And they didn’t even wipe down my roof which is why I took it in. I ended up waxing the roof and hood myself. I'm amazed out how little care was taken at this place for my truck. At the end of the conversation with the owner he lied and said he even polished the truck which my cameras also don't show. If I wanted to hire high schoolers I would. But not for 130 dollars an hour. Even divided by three of them, it isn't worth 43 dollars an hour.
I have taken the time out of my day to write this review because the service done at this place was more than terrible. Purchased was an $80 alleged detailing/cleaning service that was supposed to include a wax, wash, and tire shine. My dad brought home my truck and upon me inspecting it, it seemed they hadn't even washed the vehicle. I had written "hi" on my roof and it was still there upon inspection. Also they used liquid wax instead of solid wax which is what I wanted and for 80 dollars should be used. Then they made an excuse that my hood was oxidized yet, not even a year ago, gallaghers was able to detail my truck to perfection and without those excuses. (I only didn't go there since they were booked).
Even before I had them replace my muffler and all they did was saw our my old muffler and solder on a new muffler onto rusted parts. And I even got an engine light turned on after this and even then they didn't fix that issue either. After taking my truck here twice I definitely won't be coming back. I'm only sad that it is hard to find honest shops these days and I'm sad because my father and I were quite nice. And I approached the situation in a civilized manner in person.
Instead of being like everyone else, I actually went in first to talk to the owner. I guess this didnt mean much to him since I am still on here writing a review. He did offer to clean my roof but he should have done it right the first time. I shouldn't have to ask. If we buy a service, one should stick to their word and complete the service. But for not washing my truck and only using a rag and liquid wax, I don’t think 80 dollars was worth it. I left just thinking "well, if you're saying my dad basically bought a 10 dollar car wash for 80 dollars, I'll ask him" So I asked him and he thought he bought a real exterior detail package. I could go to any car wash and do that same job for 10 dollars. To say the least a partial refund should have been offered as I wouldn't be comfortable having them work on my truck again. This is the second time this place hasn't done good work.
Then later, my dad took his truck in for them to put on steps for his truck which would only take 30 minutes at most. They told him it would be an hour. (This was 2:45)About 2 hours later they hadn't touched it and they made him almost miss his class that he taught as they finished only five minutes before he had to teach. (Even when I dropped him off at 430 and his class was at 630).
They installed my remote start on March 2017, but I didn't get the power locking option that means, you must shut down the car and enter! Then the next problem is I will get a flashing key warning illuminated on dashboard. that means there is some problem. I return to the shop, then I don't have the remote start anymore. simply not working. Not recommend anyone to install the remote start here . You need to go to a car audio shop to install it.!
