Horrible! They didn't fix the problem and made us wait a week for the wrong part. Then wouldn't get us refund on the part.
Wanted a estimate for a water softener and central air said they would be there Friday. They didn't come I talk to them on Monday they said they'd come the following Friday once again they didn't show up by noon so I call them they wanted to delay it another week 3 weeks just to have them come for an estimate they sure don't want customers. If they are like that for an estimate I would hate to see what they are like when installing. Would give them zero Stars If it would let me.
