On a visit to Elko, decided to get my mop shaped up a little. On a recommendation, I went to Robert at Grafitti and am so glad I did. I got a 100 haircut for 25 bucks, hello! Not only the cut, but some nice salon commradrie with Robert who's got a down to earth personality. With a few funny stories, he had me cracking up in the chair. High recommendation.

I went in for a cut/color with Robert, I told him I like my hair straitened and don't like curls or waves. When the cut was finished he curled it. BECAUSE Mom loved it, I paid him and said thank you. When I finally got a chance to straighten it at home I noticed it was choppy and uneven and when I sent him pictures he belittled me and refused to fix it, refund me, or even work with me.
