Great experience here! The eye doctor made me so comfortable. When it was time to pick up my glasses, they informed me they weren't finished yet, despite closing in a half hour and telling me they would be done that day. I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait around. The receptionist, Lily, let me know they would stay late to finish my glasses because I was told they would be done that day. Then she brings them to me at work after hours! That's customer service you can't hold a candle to. Great experience 10/10 would recommend.
Good luck getting anything done. Appointment went fine. Then doc said he was going order contacts for me to try. Almost 2 months later and no one has a clue what's going on and I still don't have contacts. Call and call and get a different excuse each time. Don't waste your time.
Good quality equipment and thorough exam. Staff was helpful and friendly to my needs.
Absolutely garbage. I had an appointnent, and had to drive 120 miles to get there, well, my car broke down on the freeway, having 2 small kids in the car, i was more worried about getting a tow, and getting my kids off the freeway. So i called the next day, explaining the issue, and the uppity skank on the phone says because it was a no show, the only way they would reschedule is if i pay more than id even pay with my insurance, prior to arranging the appointment.
