My husband and I have done lots of business with this company, and we are always so impressed with the great customer service. Great to have in a small town!
Even though their prices are outragious we still shopped with them. Today was the last straw! Called ahead, specifically asked if they had a door gasket in stock for our stove, even asked,"Are you sure?" Drive ALL THE WAY to town in snow and rain, oops! We DON"T have that gasket! We also have no pellets to sell, all those out there are sold. You just lost our business.
UPDATE; After reading your reply to my review, I have to say that this was BEFORE it snowed, we have bought pellets before from you and never had to prepay or reserve them. ALSO I specifically asked you on the phone, the particular gasket and number and type, and model we needed. It was your mistake with no apology.
