I really like Papa Murphy's pizza. I have never ordered online before. I decided to give it a try, and will probably never do it again! I indicated I would pick it up around 2:30. My appointment went over the expected time and I arrived at 3:20. They looked it up and I paid for the pizza. I didn't pay online because I had an "in store" coupon. The young man looked high and low and could not come up with my pizza. They apologized and said it would be ready in 2-5 minutes. So I waited. They got the pizza made and then asked if I had ordered regular or thin crust. I ordered thin. Oh, apologized AGAIN, we accidentally made a regular. We will remake it, while explaining the people filling the orders in the morning are not here now so we don't know what they did about your order. WHAT?????? Ok, finally got my pizza. I would have appreciated an off of a FREE extra, or an additional coupon for the inconvenience. Yes, the pizza was really good!
Great staff good take a bake pizzas pricey unless you get pizza of the month special.
