We rented a weekend in town moving truck here. We made the reservation online and the truck was ready for pick up on time. It was a little expensive but they went over the cost of everything before we signed for it so it was to be expected. They have a locked gate for storage containers.
I just wrote a review on this place, we'll see if it shows up twice. Very helpful, Cindy(sp?) Bliss, one of the owners helped me, good sense of humor and very efficient. Good at answering questions. I can't speak for the older bad reviews, maybe there's new management? Any UHaul place can have its off days but my rental went very smoothly and was a fantastic deal for a one-way rental.
Worst Service Ever! Just rude and the manager doesn't care. Unprofessional people shouldn't be running a business. Made a reservation over a month ago.
