Great place to camp, fish, picnic, recreate, hunters base camp etc...great views.
I will definitely be keeping this campground on my list to return too.
Even though it was the middle of February this place was awesome. The campsites were well maintained despite the snow. The Park Rangers did an awesome job keeping the ice ramp maintained for all of us fishermen to get out on to the ice. Overall the park was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed here randomly headed from Mounatin Home Idaho to Placerville California! What a great park! Easy to get in and out of! Great kayaking on the water. Sites were amazing and toilets clean! We appreciated the flint and steel demostration from the park ranger! Will stop again!
