It's tiny but just glad there is a greyhound bus stop here.
Unacceptable. First time using and bus was over an hour late.
Okay phone service I give 5 for information. The attitude of the person I spoke on the phone I give her only a generous 1 since she was rude to me and hung up on me more than once before I could give her the rest of the information needed! Please tell your people that answering the phone politely and in a calm nonrude nonabrasive manner will improve communication and service overall , otherwise those rude ones that answer the phone representing your company leave greyhound of a bad image...over all rating of the call sorry to say only 2 stars.
