Sandys Castles is GREAT. Never have had any issues.
This place is awful. Before I even applied for a rental I asked if the unit would be cleaned. They assured me it would be and told be about a couple of repairs that would be done before anyone moved in. The house was FILTHY! I spent several hours scrubbing the kitchen and even found mouse feces in the cupboards. There was trash laying around in the yard and broken glass in the driveway.
When I tried to contact them regarding these issues I was put off. I called and left messages to set up appointments only to be told they were unavailable and to try calling again later.
Lastly, when I went to drop of rent on the 30th, with it being due on the 1st, the entire building was at lunch for an hour and a half.
I've never heard one good thing about Sandy's Castle
