We recently had a custom ring made through Chip at Stone Craft Jewelers. It is absolutely stunning. I couldn't of asked for more. This ring has very much meaning behind it, along with a 23 year relationship. He let me know every step of the way, where the ring was at in the making. My girlfriend and I went in there to get a engagement ring this morning. We were so excited to see what to get. The owner walks in , I asked him to give me best deal he could give me? He then blew up on me and told me the best deal and acted as if I was pestering him. He made my soon to be fiancé very upset and later she cried worst customer service ever I hope he goes out of business
