We have had numerous issues with this property. Our A/C barely worked in the summer and now that winter is right around the corner our heat is constantly going out. I was told when I brought up the A/C issue to maintenance that the system is old and I just had to deal with it till winter. It was 80 degrees in my house at dinner time daily. Now that we are having issues with our heat we can't seem to get someone to fix it. Everytime I have asked when it will be fixed I'm told it's the contractors fault and not their own. Our windows are old and incredibly drafty. The place was a wreck when we moved in. Broken moldings, doors, floors and countertops. It was not cleaned or at least not well. My neighbor causes nothing but ruckus all hours of the day and night. The laundry room is completely rundown. The washers don't get clothes very clean and the dryers will either not dry or burn your clothes. I just had a baby and when I washed all his clothes before his arrival most I had to throw away due to being burnt or shrunk. Also USPS won't deliver packages. This is insanely frustrating. The staff is friendly just not efficient. Due to some of these issues my newborn baby and I have been sick. The location definitely saves this property.
Absolutely terrible place to live. Do not consider the Sagecrest Apartments for every reason you can think of that would keep you from renting an apartment.
I have loved here for only about 3 months. We absolutely love it. We moved here from Monty Carlo. Teresa and Dave are the nicest people ever. Would highly recommend.
Very nice place to live. Me and my wife lived there for almost four years and we never had any problem. Dave and Terresa are very nice people and they respond you quickly. They even fix some emergency issues at mid night. Cheap and peace place. If you clean your apartment before you leave, you get all your deposit back. If I go back to Elko again, I will live in this place again.
