At the mobile home park off Bowen Road people living there might have to reconsider what's going on after they start building the new Sports Complex
The roads and lawns are poorly maintained.
One of the last really affordable and livable areas in Elko if you're not working at or for the mines. Internet Service isn't great because they can't establish a good infrastructure for anything much better than 15mbps download speeds, and there are a few returning potholes in the road every year, but overall the place is very well maintained and I think the office staff are just lovely folks.
