We have been taking our dogs , cats , cattle and horses to Elko Vet for 20 plus years . We always have received top notch care for all of our animals.
Front office staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! The young lady who clipped my dogs nails was very friendly and gentle with my dog. However, I will look for another vet's office. Owner should really read these reviews if you plan to keep a business open. Your front office staff really does drive away clients.
The care Isabella received was excellent! Every person we spoke with provided great care. Teal, helped my wife clean the bite she had on her hand. I thank you all for the excellent care you gave us.

This used to be my vet of choice but I stopped going there years ago when they became all about how much money they could get out of you. Last year my son took his Chihuahua there because her tooth was abscessed. They kept the the dog overnight and told him the tooth would need pulling the next day. The next day, I went with his wife to pick up the dog. They had not done anything but given the Dog antibiotics and charged $600 . For what?? I asked why the infected tooth had not been pulled and they said oh that is a surgery and surgeries are backed up for a month. What???Then why did you keep her overnight? No response. I paid the bill and took the dog. I promptly called my own vet at Aspen Vet in Spring Creek and they took care of the tooth the next day with no overnight stay and only charged $400 . Do not go to Elko Vet. They lie and charge unnecessary expenses to unsuspecting pet owners.
