The dentist, when not sitting in the glass room playing on his phone, just didn't strike me as someone who cared about their job and in general, I agree with previous reviews that this office is run to make money first and quality customer care last. I already drive over an hour to Elko and after this experience, I will drive to Reno or Boise for my dental care.
Went in for an exam and cleaning. Arrived early. After 40 minutes of waiting, asked how much longer. Receptionist said 2 minutes. After another 20 minutes of waiting (1 hour total), I left.
I can't say enough good things about this dental office. They have been working for over 10 years to help me save my teeth and combat my gum disease. I have such a fear of dentistry that I allowed my condition to deteriorate until the pain was not bearable. I can honestly say that I am now without pain and confident that I will be able to keep my own teeth for years to come. Thank you for your never ending patience and caring. They even without my request refunded me for a program that I could not finish to no fault of their own, even though they had completed more than half of the program. The best part is you can get in to see a dentist any day of the week, just like there name says, now that's service.
I would not recommend Any Day Dental to my family and friends. I sat n waited for a hour and a half before the dentist finally examined my tooth. I was given 4 shots n was hardly numb, the dentist was giving me shot after shot, I had to ask the dentist to stop because i was shaking uncontrollably. I went into Any Day Dental for a root canal but walked out without my tooth. The after care was horrible, I was given no instructions and also had to ask for some gauze for the bleeding. Never again will i go to this Dentist Office!!!
I am always very happy with the service. They are great with children very friendly and I've never had to wait for more than 15 min after ive arrived.
While waiting, a father and son came in. The father was upset at poor work done on his son, complaining that there was noticeable blackened tissue in son's mouth, filling was not set, and pain.
