The pharmacist is extremely rude. Her name is Jessica Dominguez and she does not care about patient help and safety. Everytime I go through the drivethru she is on her cell phone doing something. I'll wait there for minutes wanting to know something about the medication and she takes her grand old time. Even if I walk in, she is somehow always busy and rude. I'm not the only one who likes her and if Golden health had any sense, they would get rid of her. And her technician who I believe his name is Caleb is way too loud. He yells out the my information and drug name so everyone in the clinic knows what I am taking. For those reasons I am using another pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy in town that wont let you refill 3 days early. Absolutely horrified by the service.
The staff is always very kind to my family, and they're always willing to squeeze us same day if one of us has become ill over night, and even thought I know it's a stressful job, they all seem to have a really pleasant attitude about it all.
