Horrible customer service, extraordinarily delayed on an emergency call. I spent a week without hot water because they couldn't get a quote together. Then when they finally got it done they couldn't come out on a Sunday after Roger (the owner) promised multiple times if they got the approval they could show up. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
