I have been going to Gold's for a long time. I was happy when they moved to a new place. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Joanna is the greatest and always has a smile on her face! I have been working with Miranda, and she is the best. She's a great trainer with a terrific attitude and is easy to work with. Much more than a gym ... Golds Gym has lots of equipment, programs and classes that have helped me get into the best shape I have ever been in. The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even with nutrition!! An all-around top notch fitness, health and family environment, not to mention the ONLY place in town to lift heavy and train in the sport of Strongman. Check them out. 5 out of 5 stars.
Gold's gym is by far the best gym around! It is the cleanest most friendly gym to be in! I've been to every other gym around here but nothing compares to Gold's! It has great new equipment, fun classes to help you get into better shape, an amazing massage therapist, and the nicest staff and personal trainers you could have. I've been going to Gold's for a few months now and I'm in the best shape of my life! The trainers there have helped me so much with new workouts, dieting plans, and good motivational advice! The staff and trainers never hesitate to help you and neither do the owners, Jeff and Mindy Watson! Jeff and Mindy are some of the coolest, funniest, most honest people I have ever met! They also give out the best membership prices than any other gym around here so I recommend anyone who wants to find an overall great gym at a great price to come to Gold's and sign up for a membership because their prices are damn near impossible to beat!
Gold's is without a doubt the very best that Elko has to offer. Membership prices are very affordable as compared to other gyms in the area and the staff is always friendly and willing to share their knowledge. The building itself is spacious and kept very clean. Many different classes are offered so the whole family can get a great workout.
As a new gym member, I can't express how happy I am to join Gold's Gym. I was born and raised in Elko and have known Jeff Watson for several years now. He has always been so encouraging and was always offering help! I finally got the courage and talked with Jeff to get a membership there so I could start my new life change!!! He was right there to help! When I entered the gym for the first time on September 8th, 2015, my nerves were sky high, however, everyone in that facility was welcoming and so nice! I instantly felt like family and knew that I would always have someone there that would be willing to help and train me. It was the best decision I made! I am very excited to start my new change with this family. Thank you Jeff and Mindy Watson!!!
