Absolutely outstanding professional instruction from Chris. There is a reason the walls are lined with medals and trophies; it is obvious he's been doing this for a long time and knows how to teach in a way that gets you better, faster with proper technique. Even more, with the backing of the Straight Blast Gym association, the school will always be the best in the area. The location is clean, organized, and family friendly. Kids and adults, men and women all have a welcome place on the mats. I can't say enough about it!
