Helpful sales folks!
I have been on hold for a fridge filter for about 15 min. The clerk that is helping me doesn't seem to know what she is doing ... At that she SUGGJESTED that I might as well go to Home Depot ... Really
This sears is the worst store I have ever visited. I have been there on a number of occasions to which I was never greeted, and made to feel like I was bothering them. There prices are typically above others and do not match the sears website. I like craftsman tools and now am only going to deal with craftsman directly. The staff seem to have to call the owner for everything. Just a terrible experience, and these are the reasons I wont buy local.
We went to Sears looking for a range and found what we were looking for. It was so nice to go in and buy an appliance and take it home the same day. The staff was very helpful. Thank you, men.
The staff is super nice but if you are unlucky enough to get the owner, look out. Grumpy is the nicest thing I can say.
I figured well since I bought the fridge from Sears they would have the parts needed for up keep...
