Gary was great. Went to three places trying to get someone just to look at the wheel after it started making noise on our trip to Utah. He took the car out for a drive, pulled it into the shop, found the trouble spot. Turns out we picked up some rocks after driving though some road construction. Gary had us back on the road in 20 mins. Thanks Gary!

On a road trip, having some power steering and brake issues in our Ford F-250 pulling a toy hauler with toy. Added fluid. It all leaked out just past Elko. Stopped, googled problem, unable to fix ourselves. Turned around to go back to Elko. Called a few places, one of them being Gary's Oil City. Spoke to the person who answered the phone and he got Gary on the line. Yes! They will take us. Yes! They fixed our problem in a little over an hour and didn't even make us unhook the toy hauler.
