When you go into the office, they know who you are. From the front desk to the assistants and doctor, they treat you respectfully and as if they really want you there, and you aren't just another paycheck to them. The kids always see the doctor. He makes sure he is actively involved in their care. He also takes the time to visit with them as people.
Orthodontic care is expensive with or without insurance, their office worked with me so that the financial aspect was not a nightmare.
