This is a nice Arby's. Dining room and bathrooms are clean. The employees are friendly. There is a larger parking lot close if you have a big van, trailer, big rig or motorhome. It is in Elko Junction shopping center so after I eat I do some shopping too, there are good stores all around here.

Yesterday I went through the drive through and didn't check my order until I was getting on the bus to head out to the mine I work at at that point it was to late to do anything other than call the manager about the mix up on my order. My order was wrong and half the amount of food I ordered because I order enough for my lunch as well because I am away from town for 15 hours. I was very hungry and it was a long time without something to eat but the next day Sara the manager personally made my order correct free of charge and was very kind while doing so. I am very thankful for the correction and will continue to do business with arbys
Good food, good staff. Usually stop here when we head east as we get there about lunchtime and they have quick friendly service.
Horrible place. Took 45 min to get 2 beef and chedders. I would have just left but I was in the drive through with a car behind me. With only 3 cars in the drive thru. Slowest workers ever!!!
