Bought a used Sequoia through them in July from Austin. They gave me almost what I owed on my trade in car which I appreciated greatly. There was a couple downsides to purchasing a vehicle here though. It took me almost 2 weeks to actually get my vehicle. I was originally told it would be done by the weekend getting maintence done and detailed. I understand things taking a little longer. The thing that really irritated me is I was never kept in the loop about when it would be ready. I had to call/text the salesman to get an update at all. It was like the deal was done so he no longer cared. I asked multiple times for him to let me know updates and a day or two would pass without a word until I got ahold of him. Finally got into my car, have been super happy with it. I had to take it in a couple days after purchasing because of a leak, which they took care of and I appreciate it. Only thing is there were some screws missing on the skid plate. They told me they would order some for free for me and give me a call when they got in. Have yet to receive that call from July. Probably won't purchase there again based on the poor lack of communication and flakiness. I gave 3 stars because I love my new car and got almost my old loan paid off.
Great place to bring your car or truck, service staff is wicked good, a little pricy but it's a dealership so you pay more.
I have always bought my vehicles from here...Staff is friendly...Not pushy and they always go out their help with anything I have. They have even contacted us afterwards to make sure there were no issues with vehicle and we were completely satisfied! Great place.
