The sales staff: CK kappes and Anthony Smith answered all of our questions and very patiently walked us through the whole purchasing process. And Erica Williamson, the business financial manager, made the paperwork tolerable and even fun.
River ton has been my go to for many years and many vehicles. Not just myself but other family members as well. I have always been treated respectfully and like a customer should be treated. I feel like family when I shop for a vehicle. Thank you Riverton and thank you to all who helped me. And a special shout out for Fred Alvarez who always makes me smile when leaving the lot with a new vehicle.
Worst dealership I have ever known. Took my truck in for an electrical issues in July. Between July and October They had my truck in and out of service for basically the same thing and each time claimed they couldn't get a code or lights such as check engine light. As soon as I get it back, check engine light came on and it wouldn't start. Seth service manager obviously wasn't paying attention to his mechanics or he would have smelled a rat. Craig, salesperson said I was upside down in the truck 12k which is incorrect. Stay far far away from here

This is the worse dealership! Lisa in their service department is horrible. I was charged for service I DID NOT approve. I didn't get my car fixed at this dealership, as they wanted to charge me $946.78 for a job that only cost me under $300 for parts a labor at a different shop in Elko, NV. They completely tried to overpriced the job and tacked on as many labor hours as possible. I'm glad I ended up saving over $650 going somewhere else. But they still made me pay $125 for the inspection, since I didn't get the work completed at their dealership. Then as I'm getting ready to pay, Lisa then wants to charge me for fluids they put in my car that I didn't approve. They would charge you to stand in their waiting room if they could. I believe Lisa and her manager was upset that I found the job for under $300. It's not my fault they put fluid in my car before I approved the work. They should have took fault and not have charged me for the fluid.
This place gave me everything I asked for and did so in a timely manner! The sales staff are absolutely amazing and I look forward to sending my friends their direction! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Riverton and they have shown consistency in customer service! Highly recommend to anyone!
