I had a screw in my tire, went to Wal Mart, after 1 1/2 hours was told it wasn't fixable. It was 1 1/2 inches from side wall.
Took it to Les Schwab and they said " No Problem."
Sales personal have poor integrity. Les Schwab wanted to charge $116 to mount 4 winter tires onto four spare steel wheels. I said 'no' to which sales associate blamed 'new people' and charged an arbitrary $60 for winter change over.
Traveling from California to Wyoming with a loaded car trailer when the truck started to shake a little too much for comfort. After calling ahead to confirm they'd be able to look at the truck I realized how late it was and pulled in 10 minutes until closing time. Not only did they check the truck, they had a part ordered and on its way within minutes! I'm currently on the road again and the truck is SO much better! I can't thank these guys enough for making what could've been a total disaster into an easy fix. Now my fiancé and two dogs can complete our 9 hour journey to Wyoming with ease. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Good service as expected from a les Schwab tire center. Typical wait times, 1+hour which can go longer when they are busy. About 1.5 to 2 hour average. Good dining nearby, easy walking distance, makes the wait more tolerable.
I will never go to Elko Les Schwab, Winnemucca NV Is way better. I went to Elko for rotating and balancing and I had to go twice because my vehicle was not balanced corrected the first time. And I’m from out of town so that costs me a lot of money, so much commuting.
