Our family was traveling cross country from Texas when we had a leaking tire caused by a nail. We were fortunate to have Jamie at Purcell help us get back on the road. The service was incredible and it was evident that Purcell cared a great deal about their customers and doing things right. The people of Elko are very lucky.
We arrived before the shop opened. As soon as someone was available, we were helped, treated well, and on our way. I would highly recommend this shop.
