This is my favorite fast food burger joint. They are much higher quality than McDonald's or Burger King for the same price. They have just about everything too, burgers, chicken, egg rolls, churros. I love it!

Always good. Food is hot. The service is fast. The workers always seem to care. They use their brains, which is sometimes rare in some fast food establishments. A good place to stop when you are hungry.
Not sure if it's allowed by Jack in the box itself, but I went through the drive thru around 1130pm on 8/23 and was very surprised to see a cup that had "tips" written on it. I ordered 2 of the new munchie mash ups, 2 burgers, chicken strips, and cheesecake. The gentleman at the window just handed me my 3 bags and that was it. No "did I need any sauces?" "Have a good night", nothing. So I asked for ranch for the strips and he comes back and hands me ONE. Meanwhile just talking to the other person with him about making the day shift clean better and blah blah blah. So I say have a good night and he says "thanks" and turns around. Ok, so 2 things. One, I find it ridiculous that they put a cup out with "tips" written on it given one was a supervisor and I'm certain they get paid more than say, a regular restaurant waiter/waitress would. Two, I didn't get all my food and when I called to see if I could come back to get it, no answer. Probably about 3 times no answer. I'm just saying, the asking for tips thing is a little ignorant to be doing at that type of establishment and I'm pissed I had to wait so long to not get all my food.
Definitely miss this option when I don't have it. Used to work by this location and had over 95% order accuracy. I always stop here when I visit.
