The service was amazing our waitress Robyn was so good with our kids. The food was good. Definitely recommend.
Absolutely the WORST service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Walked in and literally stood there for 5+ minutes waiting for someone to notice us or seat us. Floor was dirty. Tables were dirty. Should have left then but kids were hungry and husband was tired. Ordered wings. Should have been decent considering it's called WINGERS, right? WRONG. Disgusting soggy wings, parts were not even warm. I had ordered them well done. They were not. When I requested they be WELL DONE the kid from the back said "so you want chicken flavored charcoal?" No, you moron. I want wings that arent soggy. Salsa/Guac and chips that we ordered for appetizer went right back. They threw a scoop of old guacamole on TOP of the salsa. We couldn't even get them in separate bowls
Let me start by saying that I loved the food I got here. I had the sticky wings with steak fries and the waffle sundae- both were delicious! However, we got takeout from here, and it did not go smoothly at all. After ordering by phone, I was told the food would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes in the restaurant (after the quoted 15 minutes). Also, I ordered 3 large drinks to go and 2 people carried them out to me WITHOUT LIDS. I asked for lids to be put on them, but they didn't have any. I asked for a drink carrier, which was eventually provided. But the drinks still spilled in the car on the way home. The service wasn't great, needless to say, but the food was tasty.
Just had a wonderful birthday party with six ladies at Winger's. Food was excellent. Our server Maria was amazing! She took exceptional care of our group. Only negative was when the music was on it was quite loud. We will return.
The only place in town to show the fight, they completely sold out. Simply because they had the fight playing is enough to get 5 stars for me. The food was really good and I also enjoyed the beer. After the fight we went next door where they have slot machines.
